Sales Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with the sales and Plant team for order processing, dispatch, and product availability updates.

• Manage sales documentation, including quotations, proforma invoices, order confirmations, and other reports.

• Track and monitor order status, delivery timelines, and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.

• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and performance reports.

• Assist in preparation of monthly sales reports, targets and performance dashboards.

• Communicate with internal departments (Accounts and Warehouse) to ensure smooth order execution.

• Support the sales team in follow-ups, customer communication, and after-sales coordination.

• Handle general administrative tasks related to the sales function.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate in any discipline; additional qualifications in Sales/Administration will be an advantage.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar sales coordination or back-end sales support role, preferably in the manufacturing or building materials industry.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and ERP.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a proactive approach and customer service mindset.
