Front Desk Executive

• Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ensure visitors sign in, and direct them to the correct meeting rooms or to the concerned person
• Prepare and send outgoing correspondence, such as letters, packages, and documents.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
• Ensure the reception area is neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with preparing meeting rooms for events or conferences.
• Provide general administrative support to other departments as required
• Coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles (preferred)

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Basic proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
