Job Title: Front Office Executive (Vadodara local candidates)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Attend to walk-ins, guests, and phone calls courteously.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
• Handle general queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain confidentiality in all communications.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
• Monitor office cleanliness and ensure smooth facility operations.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day front office and admin operations.

Professional Representation

• Maintain a neat and presentable appearance at all times.
• Be polite, patient, and approachable in all interactions.

Preferred Qualification:

Graduation, Freshers & experienced both are eligible.
