Job Description

As a Front Desk Executive, your role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the office premises. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling incoming calls, and providing support for day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities: - Visitor Management: - Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable. - Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes if required. - Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. - Call Handling: - Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally. - Screen and forward calls as necessary. - Provide information to callers and take messages when required. - Administrative Support: - Manage the front desk and reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages. - Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating events. - Record Keeping: - Maintain records of office supplies and coordinate their replenishment. - Update and maintain employee and visitor contact lists. - Customer Service: - Address inquiries from employees, visitors, and callers promptly and effectively. - Provide basic information about the organization, such as location, services, or policies. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience preferred. Please note that the work location is in person, and the job type is full-time and permanent. The schedule includes day and morning shifts. The ability to commute or relocate to Faridabad, Haryana, is required before starting work.,
