Job Description

Role Overview: As a Receptionist and Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, assisting visitors, handling incoming calls, maintaining accurate records of transactions, performing data entry tasks for financial operations, and managing petty cash transactions. Additionally, you will be in charge of scheduling appointments, meetings, and other calendar events for the directors. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors - Manage incoming calls - Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable - Maintain accurate records of transactions - Assist in data entry for financial operations - Manage petty cash transactions - Ensure compliance with company policies - Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and other calendar events for the directors Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Proficiency in English required, Hindi preferred Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person.,
