Job Description

Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing client relationships, processing bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

* Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, quotations, and bookings.

* Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations as required.

* Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and sales activity.

2. Client Communication:

* Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and other channels.

* Coordinate with clients to ensure all requirements and expectations are met.

* Follow up on pending payments, confirmations, and post-tour feedback.

3. Booking & Documentation:

* Process reservations, ticketing, and payments accurately.

* Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, and marketing) to ensure smooth execution of tours and services.

* Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and communications.

4. Team Coordination:

* Support the sales and operations teams in daily activities.

* Help coordinate internal meetings, briefings, and updates related to sales activities.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

* Generate regular sales reports and assist in sales performance tracking.

* Provide insights and suggestions for improving sales processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.

* 2-5 years of experience in sales, travel, or hospitality is preferred.

* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

* Positive attitude, proactive, and customer-focused.
