Sales Manager B2B & Corporate (Tours & Events) Location: Mumbai & Kochi (Hybrid: Office + Remote) | Full-time We are a leading travel company specializing in Group Tours, FIT Tours, Corporate Events, Wedding Planning, Adventure Tours, One-Day & Multi-Day Tours, and Complete Package Tours . We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead B2B, MICE, and corporate business development for the Indian outbound market. Key Responsibilities Acquire and manage B2B, corporate, MICE, and wedding/event accounts . Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth. Develop proposals, campaigns, and promotional strategies in collaboration with the marketing team. Ensure client retention through excellent service and post-sales relationship management . Explore and expand new opportunities across group, FIT, and adventure travel segments. Requirements Experience in a travel/tourism company is highly preferred. Proven background in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, MICE, or events . Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Knowledge of marketing campaigns and market analysis . Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field . Flexibility to work in a hybrid model (office + remote) .
