Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive (Back-End), you will be responsible for supporting the front-line sales team by managing documentation, preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, handling proforma invoices, coordinating work orders, maintaining CRM/Excel records, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage sales quotations and proforma invoices. - Follow up on customer inquiries through email and calls. - Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts for smooth order execution. - Maintain data records and update CRM or Excel trackers. - Assist in post-sales support and client documentation. - Support the field sales team with backend tasks and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred. - Experience: 1 year in B2B sales preferred. - Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat preferred. - Work Location: In person.
