Job Title: Sales Coordinator Department: Sales Location: Calicut , Near Panniyangara Overbridge Employment Type: Full-time ⸻ Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator plays a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and helps to improve productivity by providing efficient support to both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will assist with sales documentation, customer communication, order processing, and coordination between departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales execution. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Act as a point of contact for clients with queries about orders, schedules, and deliveries. • Process orders via phone, email. • Assist the sales team by preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals. • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. • Coordinate with operation teams to ensure timely delivery of services. • Track and analyze sales data to assist in forecasting and reporting. • Prepare and follow up on quotations, Invoice and Payments. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales processes. ⸻ Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree. • Experience: Freshers. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ⸻ Working Conditions: • Our business hours are based on the local Saudi Arabian time ( Saturday - Thursday ) • May require extended hours during busy periods.
