Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in Sales & dispatch documentations preparation. As an Administrative Support, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing documents, and facilitating communication between the sales team and various departments. Your role will also involve Order Management, including accurately processing sales orders to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment. Customer Relationship Management is a key aspect of this role, which includes maintaining precise customer databases, monitoring sales activities, and providing customer service support. You will be required to generate sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Effective Communication skills are essential as you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering after-sales support. In addition, you will provide Sales Support by assisting the sales team with presentations, proposals, and other sales materials. Collaboration is crucial in this role as you will be coordinating with departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless sales operations. Verifying customer order accuracy before processing and maintaining organized sales records are also part of your responsibilities. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with a Day shift schedule and a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.,
