Production Planning Engineer

As a Production Planning and Inventory Management Specialist at Precision Drawell Pvt Ltd, located at Khasara No 221 & 222/2, Tekadi, Kanhan-441401, you will be responsible for various key duties: Production Scheduling: Your primary role will involve developing and maintaining production schedules by taking into consideration demand, delivery dates, and current inventory levels. Inventory Management: You will play a crucial role in monitoring stock levels, managing materials, and ensuring timely procurement to support seamless production processes. Coordination: Collaborating effectively with sales, customer service, production, and purchasing teams to ensure streamlined operations and optimal communication across departments. Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Data Analysis: Analyzing production data, market forecasts, and competitive insights to anticipate changes and make informed decisions to adjust production plans accordingly. Troubleshooting: Addressing any production disruptions, productivity issues, or operational challenges that may arise to maintain smooth workflow and minimize downtime. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and continuous improvement of management systems such as the Quality Management System (QMS). As the Management Representative (MR), you will serve as a key liaison between management and various organizational processes, ensuring alignment and compliance with established standards.
