Job Description

You will be working as a Sales Executive at Life Care Systems, a manufacturer and exporter of physiotherapy equipments and surgical cautery, located in Ghaziabad. As a dynamic and results-driven individual, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, pitch products/services, and close sales deals. Building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets are key aspects of this role. Your duties will include researching and identifying potential clients using various channels, maintaining a prospect database, communicating product features to clients, and conducting sales presentations. Negotiating sales agreements, addressing client inquiries, and providing post-sales support will also be part of your job. It is essential to establish and nurture relationships with both existing and potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products/services accordingly. Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments is crucial. You will need to provide feedback to management on customer needs and market demands. In terms of documentation, you will be responsible for preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and maintaining records related to dispatch, complaints, and routine desk work. Additionally, you will need to submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager regularly. To qualify for this role, you should have proven experience as a Sales Executive, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in SAP, CRM software, and the MS Office Suite is required. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration, 2-5 years of experience, a track record of meeting sales targets, and an understanding of sales performance metrics. Female candidates are preferred for this position. This is a full-time job with benefits such as leave encashment and a compensation package that includes a yearly bonus.
