Job Description

LIFE CARE SYSTEMS - MANUFACTURER AND EXPORTERS OF PHYSIOTHERAPY EQUIPMENTS AND SURGICAL CAUTERY

LOCATION - GHAZIABAD

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our products/services to potential clients, and closing sales deals. The role involves building strong relationships with customers and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospects for future business opportunities.

Client Engagement:

  • Communicate product features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings.

Sales Negotiation:

  • Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales deals to meet targets.
  • Address client inquiries and provide after-sales support as needed.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services to meet those needs.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demands.

Documentation:

  • Prepare Quotations, PI and Invoices. Document and maintain records of all documents related to dispatch, complaints and routine desk work.

Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
  • Experience up to 2-5 yr preferred.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
