Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team at Unisys Kableone, Karnal. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales coordination, team motivation, and revenue-based subscription sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the daily activities of the sales team to ensure achievement of subscription and revenue targets.

• Track and report sales performance, targets, and achievements.

• Motivate and guide the sales team to maintain productivity and performance.

• Assist in lead management, follow-ups, and client communication.

• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis for management review.

• Ensure smooth communication between the sales team, clients, and management.

• Support in planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).

• 2–4 years of proven experience in sales coordination or sales support roles.

• Strong understanding of subscription-based sales and revenue generation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
