Role Description

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibility

Manage inbound & outbound leads and ensure timely follow-up
Nurture prospects by building strong relationships through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Schedule demos, coordinate with sales executives, and maintain CRM records
Assist in negotiation and proposal drafting to close deals
Maintain lead reports and share updates with the management team
Coordinate with technical & marketing teams for smooth client onboarding
Support sales campaigns and ensure no lead is missed

Qualifications/Requirments

Excellent verbal & written
English communication skills
(must-have)
Strong
negotiation & persuasion skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, and other digital tools
Fast typing speed
with accuracy for handling online communication
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Previous experience in Sales Support, Tele-Sales, or Lead Nurturing is preferred
