Sales Coordinator/ ISR-Executive

Looking for a high-performing core Sales peoples - Sales Coordinator with 1-2 years + of experience in relevant System Integration/IT organizations to help us meet new customer acquisitions, grow existing customers to a new level and generate business revenue targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative in the IT market.

The candidate will carry a sales operations driven profile, responsible for maximizing new business from the potential customers (new and existing), crafting sales plans, maintaining excellent customer & OEM relations, top focus on revenue generation and sales achievements and justifying the work performance in daily business plans, meetings, inter department relations, qualified leads to business deal conversions to the higher management.

Responsibilities include:
-Prepare accurate sales quotations and tailored proposals aligned with pricing policies and customer requirements.-Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with prospective clients to support lead generation.-Identify and qualify leads via cold calling, emails, and relevant platforms/tools.-Manage the complete order process from inception to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.-Collaborate with sales managers, field sales reps, and cross-functional teams to support sales goals and improve communication flow.-Prepare Sales Orders (SO) and Order Verifications (OV).-Coordinate with customers to offer competitive pricing and close deals.-Review and maintain vendor/service provider contracts and ensure legal and policy compliance.-Monitor contract expirations and initiate timely renewals.-Verify invoices against contract terms and purchase orders.-Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies.-Process invoices for approvals and ensure timely payments.-Generate insightful reports on contracts and payment performance.-Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
