Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, servers, storage systems, data center infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate must have practical exposure to technologies from leading OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet."Provide Level 1 & 2 support for installation, configuration, and maintenance of: IT hardware (desktops, laptops, switches, routers) Servers (rack/tower/blade) Storage systems (SAN, NAS) Networking equipment (Cisco, Juniper) Firewalls and security appliances (Fortinet, etc.) Troubleshoot technical issues related to performance, connectivity, or configuration. Assist in deployment and support of data center infrastructure. Coordinate with internal teams and OEMs for escalation and resolution. Perform routine system health checks, patch updates, and documentation. Handle remote and onsite customer support, as required. Ensure SLA compliance and timely closure of support tickets."
