Customer Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, servers, storage systems, data center infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate must have practical exposure to technologies from leading OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet."Provide Level 1 & 2 support for installation, configuration, and maintenance of:
