Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, your role will involve engaging with customers and distributors throughout the sales cycle via calls and coordination with the field sales team. You will be responsible for making promotional calls and creating parties in the system to punch sales orders within the defined turnaround time in Zoho. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the ordering department for order processing, invoicing, and dispatch. Resolving post-shipment grievances promptly is also a key responsibility, ensuring timely resolutions. Providing data to the sales team as and when required and examining attendance and expenses of the allotted zone sales staff will be part of your duties. This position caters to a salesperson who prefers office-based work.
