Key Responsibilities: Scientific Customer Engagement – Engage with laboratory professionals and key stakeholders to deliver scientific insights and technical information about Immunoshop’s IVD products.– Conduct discussions emphasizing scientific advantages, product benefits, and comparative analysis to promote product adoption.– Provide scientific support during the sales process, addressing technical queries and customer concerns. Lead Management & Conversion: – Manage and monitor lead pipelines through CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective conversion strategies.– Work on leads generated by the sales team and marketing initiatives, providing scientific validation and conversion support.– Collaborate closely with the sales team to prioritize high-potential leads and assist in closing deals.
