Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at our company, your role will involve engaging with customers and distributors throughout the sales cycle via calls and coordinating with the field sales team. You will be responsible for making promotional calls and creating parties in the system to punch sales orders within the specified time frame using Zoho. Additionally, your duties will include coordinating with the ordering department for order processing, invoicing, and dispatch, as well as handling post-shipment grievances and ensuring timely resolutions. You will also be required to provide necessary data to the sales team as and when needed and examine the attendance and expenses of the allocated zone's sales staff. This role is suitable for a salesperson who prefers office-based work.
