This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth for the company’s diagnostic tele-reporting platform designed for radiology and pathology networks. The candidate's daily responsibilities would involve conducting market research, creating and delivering sales pitches, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and developing relationships with diagnostic centres, hospitals, imaging facilities, and healthcare providers to promote and sell tele-reporting and workflow automation solutions. The candidate will also work closely with management to identify business opportunities and implement strategies for driving growth


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients including diagnostic chains, standalone imaging centres, and hospitals.
  • Present and demonstrate the tele-reporting platform’s capabilities, emphasizing workflow efficiency, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to provide client feedback for product improvements.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills such as prospecting, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in market research and business strategy development
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics and technology platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is advantageous
  • A team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding objectives
  • Willingness to travel for client scoping, meetings, demos, and events as required
