Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator for Kavisha Experience Centre in South Bopal. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the field sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining schedules, providing feedback, documentation, and information to both colleagues and customers. Your primary objective will be to enhance the team's efficiency and contribute to the company's sustainable growth. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, working closely with the sales teams to optimize performance. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in enhancing productivity by coordinating customer appointments and ensuring Sales Representatives have necessary support materials. - Manage urgent communications in the absence of sales representatives, address customer inquiries, communicate delays, schedule deliveries, and coordinate marketing events. - Process orders via phone, email, or mail, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and product details. - Input and monitor orders to meet customer specifications and ensure timely delivery. - Collaborate with various departments to streamline sales, marketing, inquiries, and deliveries. - Establish and maintain filing systems for sales records, report preparation, and financial data for the finance department. - Recruit and train sales staff, monitor performance against quotas and objectives. - Manage budget allocations for expenses like bonuses, marketing initiatives, and travel. - Enhance the attractiveness of the company's products and services to potential customers. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. - 2+ years of sales experience. - Prior experience in sales coordination or administration is advantageous. - Strong team leadership and development skills. - Proficiency in computer applications. - Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Outstanding communication, sales, and customer service capabilities. - Ability to multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
