Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at Kavisha Experience Centre in South Bopal, you will play a crucial role in providing support to the field sales team, serving as a point of reference for colleagues and customers. Your main responsibilities will include: - Helping the sales team enhance productivity by scheduling appointments with customers and ensuring Sales Representatives have access to high-quality support material. - Managing urgent calls, emails, and messages in the absence of sales representatives, addressing customer inquiries, communicating delays, coordinating delivery dates, and organizing marketing events. - Processing orders via phone, email, or mail, verifying prices, discounts, and product numbers, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. - Collaborating with various departments to streamline sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries. - Establishing and maintaining filing systems to manage sales records, generate reports, and provide financial data to the finance department. - Recruiting and training sales staff, monitoring their performance against quotas and objectives. - Managing budgets for expenses such as bonuses, marketing, and travel to support sales activities. - Enhancing the appeal of the company's products and services to potential customers. - Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Qualifications required for this role include: - A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. - 2 or more years of sales experience. - Prior experience as a sales coordinator or in administration is beneficial. - Strong team development and leadership abilities. - Proficiency in computer usage. - Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Outstanding communication, sales, and customer service capabilities. - Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations. In addition to the above details, the company is located in Shela, Ahmedabad, and the job type is full-time, offering a salary range of 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month. The preferred language is English, and the work schedule consists of day shifts. Basic computer knowledge, cold calling, client coordination, good communication skills, lead generation, explaining projects and units to clients, experience in real estate, and the preference for female candidates are also highlighted as requirements for this position.,
