  Scheduling:

  Cold Calling prospects (stock-listed companies/ IPOs) and booking meetings for our Sales Account Managers. You will be primarily engaging with Investor Relation Officer (IRO), CFO, Head of Corporate Communications.

• Meeting

  Support:

  Taking comprehensive notes during meetings and meticulously following up with prospects to secure the next steps and future engagements.

• Administrative

  Excellence:

  Ensuring seamless sales operations through meticulous order processing, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination with other departments.

• Customer

  Champion:

  Acting as a primary point of contact for customer queries, providing timely updates, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of software sales experience. Cold calling/ emailing experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative outreach methods, quick thinking to maximize call/ email to booked meeting conversions.
