Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in New Delhi. The Sales Coordinator will manage sales coordination activities, support sales operations, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, maintaining records, coordinating with multiple teams, and assisting in the smooth execution of sales processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in sales processes and relationship management
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
