We provide best-practice digital investor relations modules to stock-listed companies and IPOs enabling them to tell a compelling equity and ESG narrative through their IR website. We have offices in 8 countries and work with over 1,500 clients worldwide. We're seeking a driven and meticulous Sales Coordinator to fuel our sales engine. In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of our sales team, directly contributing to exceeding targets by: Generating Leads s Scheduling: Cold Calling prospects (stock-listed companies/ IPOs) and booking meetings for our Sales Account Managers. You will be primarily engaging with Investor Relation Officer (IRO), CFO, Head of Corporate Communications. Meeting Support: Taking comprehensive notes during meetings and meticulously following up with prospects to secure the next steps and future engagements. Administrative Excellence: Ensuring seamless sales operations through meticulous order processing, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination with other departments. Customer Champion: Acting as a primary point of contact for customer queries, providing timely updates, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Your success will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of calls/ emails and meetings booked , directly impacting our prospect pipeline and conversion rates. Sales Coordinators should meet their daily calls/ email and weekly booked meetings targets. Market: Europe/ UK Work Timing: CET working hours Tools used: RingCentral, Outlook, Hubspot CRM/ Knack App To excel in this role, you'll need: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2+ years of software sales experience. Cold calling/ emailing experience preferred. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Creative outreach methods, quick thinking to maximize call/ email to booked meeting conversions.
