Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in day-to-day operations, helps manage customer inquiries, prepares quotations, tracks orders, and ensures smooth communication between sales, logistics, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders.
• Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to the sales department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Prior experience in sales support or coordination preferred.

Preferred - specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, trading, FMCG, real estate, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
