Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at Polycab, you will play a crucial role in supporting the fast-growing EPC division. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with EPC clients, internal sales teams, and project execution teams to streamline communication and documentation. - Assisting in preparing and managing RFQs, technical proposals, and commercial bids. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of proposals, contracts, order processing, and project tracking. - Generating and managing sales reports, MIS, and documentation as required by the management. - Supporting the Business Development and Sales Heads for proposal preparation, client meetings, and pre/post-bid documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Graduation degree (B.Com/B.E./B.Tech preferred) - 5-6 years of experience in Sales Coordination within an EPC environment - Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills - Organized, deadline-driven, and client-focused attitude,
