Job Summary

Sales Coordinator with responsibilities in Telecalling, Cold Calling, MIS Reporting, Office Assistance, and Customer Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

Support the sales team with lead management, quotations, and order processing.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and delivery.
Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and reports.

Telecalling / Cold Calling

Call prospective customers to introduce company products/services.
Generate leads through outbound calls and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain and update customer contact records.

Customer Support & Follow-Ups

Respond to incoming calls, emails, and customer queries in a timely manner.
Follow up with customers for feedback, pending payments, or documents.
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.

MIS Executive

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
Maintain accurate databases for leads, inquiries, and conversions.
Use Excel and CRM tools for data entry and reporting.

Office Assistance

Assist in general office duties such as handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and supporting other departments as needed.
Ensure the office environment is well-organized and documentation is maintained.

Key Skills Required

Excellent spoken and written English
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
