Role:

• The individual shall be responsible for handling Credit operations, Loan disbursement, Pre & Post onboarding process , portfolio monitoring and Customer queries.

Responsibilities:

• Loan Processing : Managing the end-to-end digital loan application and approval process, including reviewing applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.

• Customer Communication : Interacting with borrowers and internal stakeholders to provide information, address queries and facilitate smooth communication throughout the credit process.

• Risk Management : Monitoring delinquent cases and routing it to collection team and managing MIS and related stuff .

• Credit Policy Adherence : Ensuring that all credit operations adhere to the companys established credit policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

• Disbursement and Repayment : Coordinating and managing manual disbursement flow and validating details before disbursal creation and managing repayment schedules, including processing repayments and handling any issues that may arise.

• Reporting : Generating and presenting regular reports on credit operations, portfolio performance, and related metrics to management.

• Team Collaboration : Collaborating with other departments such as risk management, legal, compliance, and customer service to ensure a cohesive and efficient credit operation process.

• Problem Solving : Resolving any issues, discrepancies, or disputes related to credit operations, loan applications, or repayment processes.

• Continuous Improvement : Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of credit operations.

• What do you need to succeed

• Experience- 1 + overall experience in cl Credit operations in lending products with fintech, leading banks or NBFC s or a multi-product platform business .

• Experience in Fintech, NBFC, Banks,
