Role & responsibilities

Preparing and presenting reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to reporting managers and management team as and when needed

Order Processing: Assist in the entry and processing of customer orders. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Customer Support: Provide first-line support to customers by responding to inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules. Address any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Support: Help the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotations, updating customer information, and maintaining sales records. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for customers.

Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels for automotive steel products. Work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and on-time deliveries.

Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in systems. Generate and maintain regular reports on sales activities, order status, and customer feedback.

Quote Preparation: Assist in preparing and sending quotes based on customer requirements. Ensure all quotes are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, to resolve issues and ensure smooth coordination of orders and customer satisfaction.

Documentation & Filing: Maintain and organize sales-related documentation, including contracts, orders, and correspondence. Ensure that all documents comply with company policies and standards.

Ordering office Stationery and Pantry items and maintaining data on monthly basis

Managing and coordinating drivers and office boy

Managing and coordinating with Office Building facility team

Managing and coordination for hotel bookings, flight bookings with management

Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth functioning of the office

Preferred candidate profile

2 Years Experience in a sales coordination, sales support, administrative role, preferably within the steel or automotive industry

Good in communication skills

Well versed with MS office and excel

Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics

Japanese trading firm or other trading MNC experience

Working exposure on ERP / SAP
