Sales Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by coordinating day-to-day operations, managing stock movements, preparing sales reports, and tracking team performance. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the flexibility to travel across Kerala to facilitate sales meetings, events, and business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and customer requirements.
• Travel across Kerala as required to facilitate sales meetings, promotional events, and other business requirements.
• Monitor and track stock availability, movement, and replenishment to support timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare, maintain, and share accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Assist in tracking sales team activities, targets, and achievements.
• Serve as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments such as logistics, accounts, and customer support.
• Maintain records of sales transactions, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and communication with customers or distributors.
• Ensure proper alignment of sales processes with company policies and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel within Kerala for business purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
