Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

- Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, follow up on inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.

- Track sales orders, ensure timely delivery, and liaise with logistics/operations teams.

- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.

- Support marketing activities such as campaigns, events, and lead generation.

- Handle documentation for contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.

- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
