Job Description

The primary purpose of the role is to support the Sales teams with sales administration tasks to ensure their time can be prioritised on spending time supporting customers. Working with multiple stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our sales team. What will I be doing? Improve the data quality and maximize the usage of our CRM tool. Track sales engagement and activity, bridging the gap between Sales and Marketing Support the Sales teams by performing administrative-related tasks. Ensure all supporting documents have been completed liaising with customers for Purchase Order completion. Support sales colleagues with customers engagement forms- liaising with customers to get these completed and sent to the Project Management. Provide Ad-hoc analysis and reporting for Sales leaders & teams. Assist Sales with CRM issues: quoting, contract, and opportunity issues. Work closely with the Sales Development Representative team to ensure processes are being followed in terms of CRM data input Support the Project Management team during busy times of the year, ie End of Month, End of Quarter, with order loading What will I bring to the role? Experience with D365 CRM platform. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel Experience working in a Sales environment and managing multiple stakeholders. Good organisation, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. What is needed to do the role?
