Job Summary: - The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, handling customer queries, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. This role acts as a bridge between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - . Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations and coordination. · Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices. · Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and reports in the CRM system. · Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when needed. · Track sales targets and report on performance to management. · Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external clients.
