Job Description

You will be the bridge between initial interest and high-valueconsultations ensuring prospects are well-qualified and motivated
Job Type: Full-timeLocation: BangaloreWorking Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM 6 PM)AcademicQualification: Any Graduate
Graduation in Law would be adefinite plus
Preferred Experience: 1+ year in Inside Sales or ConsultativeSales
Experience in lead generation, performance marketing,analytics, or education & legal products is a plus
Compensation: Base Salary + IncentivesKey Responsibilities1
Handle Qualified LeadsI
Call leads who filled applications or reached out via social mediaDMs
Understand their challenges and qualify them for ourprograms/services
Appointment Setting & Follow-upI
Generate ~100 live calls/month (~5/day)
Achieve a minimum 30% closing ratio on set appointments
Follow up to ensure attendance
Collaboration & CoordinationI
Work closely with Senior Sales Consultants for smoothhandovers
Update CRM/Internal trackers regularly
Continuous DevelopmentI
Participate in daily ops meetings & end-of-day reports
Train on advanced sales and business knowledge
KPIs / Outcomes Rs 50 Lakhs + GST in new business revenue monthly (25 30 units sold)
Maintain a 30%+ closing ratio for booked appointments
