Job Description

Job Roles of Sales Coordinator 1. Support to Sales Team Act as the link between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication. 2. Administrative Role Handle day-to-day sales operations, documentation, and reporting. 3. Customer Relationship Assist in managing customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups. 4. Sales Reporting Maintain records of sales data, targets, and achievements for management review. 5. Coordination Role Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, accounts, and marketing for timely order execution. Key Responsibilities Preparing and processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices. Maintaining accurate records of customer information and sales transactions. Coordinating delivery schedules and ensuring timely dispatch of goods/services. Following up with clients regarding payments, renewals, and feedback. Assisting in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain/logistics team. Generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management. Supporting the sales team in achieving targets by handling routine tasks. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt responses and solutions. Updating CRM or sales databases with current leads and opportunities.
