Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Kerala , Kozhikode Employment Type: Full-time ⸻ Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator plays a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and helps to improve productivity by providing efficient support to both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will assist with sales documentation, customer communication, order processing, and coordination between departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales execution. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Act as a point of contact for clients with queries about orders, schedules, and deliveries. Process orders via phone, email Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Coordinate with operation teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Support marketing efforts by helping with campaign coordination, promotional activities, and event planning. Track and analyze sales data to assist in forecasting and reporting. Prepare and follow up on quotations and contracts. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales processes. ⸻ Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel, if required Standard business hours : Saturday to Thursday ( KSA Time ) May require extended hours during busy periods. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
