Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial administrative role in supporting the sales team to enhance productivity. Your primary responsibility will involve providing efficient support to internal teams and external customers. Your assistance will be crucial in managing sales documentation, customer communication, order processing, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments for effective customer service and sales execution. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries related to orders, schedules, and deliveries. - Process orders efficiently via phone and email communication. - Maintain and update customer databases and sales records accurately. - Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely delivery of services. - Assist in marketing activities by coordinating campaigns, promotional events, and planning. - Analyze sales data to facilitate forecasting and reporting. - Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations and contracts. - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout all sales processes. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Capability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Please note that this is a full-time position with occasional travel requirements, standard business hours from Saturday to Thursday (KSA Time), and the possibility of extended working hours during peak periods.,
