Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Co-ordinator located in Mumbai. The Sales Co-ordinator will manage and streamline sales operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support sales teams in day-to-day activities. Key responsibilities include maintaining sales records, coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing sales reports, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and fostering smooth communication channels to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication Familiarity with sales processes and general sales knowledge Excellent organizational and time management abilities Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the media or content distribution industry is a plus
