Job Description: Sales Coordinator Cum Telecaller (IT Services) Godigitaly by Mohitraj Research Tech Private Limited ia Leading IT company is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Coordinator Cum Telecaller to join our dynamic IT services team. This hybrid role is crucial for driving our sales pipeline and supporting the sales team's success.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a persuasive a-nd professional phone manner, responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and providing seamless administrative and coordination support to the sales department.
Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead Generation:Outbound Calling: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and market research to introduce our range of IT services (e.g., [List 2-3 specific services like 'Software Development', 'Cloud Solutions', 'Managed IT Services']).
Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, identify potential opportunities, and qualify them as sales-ready leads.
Inbound Inquiries: Handle all incoming sales calls and email inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate sales executive.
Appointment Setting: Secure qualified appointments and product demos for the field sales team (Business Development Executives).
Database Management: Meticulously maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with all call activities, lead information, and follow-up notes.
Sales Coordination & Support:Sales Support: Act as the primary point of contact and administrative support for the sales team.
Proposal & Quotation: Assist in preparing and sending accurate sales quotations, proposals, and service agreements to clients.
Client Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients on submitted proposals, payments, and contract renewals.
Internal Coordination: Liaise between the sales team and internal technical/delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client communication.
Reporting: Help prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline forecasts for management review.
Required Qualifications & SkillsMust-Haves:
Experience: Proven experience (1-3 years) in a telecalling, telesales, or sales coordination role, preferably within the IT/Tech industry.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English [and local language, if required].
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Attitude: A high-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
Skills: Strong persuasive skills, active listening, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully. Good-to-Haves:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
IT Knowledge: A basic understanding of IT services, software, or technology concepts.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
