Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team, customers, and internal departments for smooth sales operations
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals (IndiaMART, etc.)
• Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases
• Support sales team in order processing and delivery coordination
• Follow up with customers for payments and order status
• Assist in preparing MIS and sales performance reports

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Experience with ERP / CRM systems is an advantage
