Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Account Management: Take full ownership of managing relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for account expansion and reaching to the annual revenue goals of the region / organisation.

Business Development: Drive business growth by uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts. Understand each customers requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue goals within your assigned accounts. Leverage consultative selling techniques to position

Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Sales Cycle Management: Navigate the entire sales cycle within each account, from opportunity identification to closure. Respond to RFPs and other customer inquiries promptly and ensure a smooth process.

OEM Collaboration: Work closely with OEMs to co-sell and leverage their expertise, ensuring that solutions align with the customers technology roadmap and strategic objectives.

Market Insight and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to refine and improve account strategies. Use customer insights to drive proactive sales activities and adjustments in strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 3-7 years of experience in Automobile and Auto-ancillary industry

Sales and Relationship Management: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, aligning Softcells solutions with customer business objectives.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Plant Team, technical support, and OEM partners, to deliver optimal solutions to clients.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engg or Diplo in Mechanical Engg. An MBA is beneficial but not mandatory.

SAP and Excel is mandatory and will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
