The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machining processes, programming (Fanuc/Siemens), and quality control standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up CNC turning/milling machines. Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on component drawings. Interpret engineering drawings and ensure precise machining. Select appropriate tools and machining strategies. Conduct in-process and final quality inspections using measuring instruments. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC operating and programming experience. Strong knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controllers. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements. Familiar with tools, cutting speeds, and feeds. Self-motivated, responsible, and quality-conscious.
