Sales Supervision & Conversion: Oversee the online sales pipeline Take ownership of high-potential leads and actively drive deal closures through digital channels (calls, webinars, demos, etc.). Manage payment collection and ensure smooth transition post-sale to the onboarding team. Follow-Up Strategy: Strategically follow up on prospect and hold clients using webinars, email campaigns, offers, and time-sensitive deals. Collaborate with inside sales executives to ensure timely follow-ups and demo scheduling. Demo & Trial Engagement: Supervise delivery of online demos, trial versions, and pre-recorded sessions. Monitor demo calendar, allocate resources, and ensure prospects receive appropriate product exposure. Reporting & Analysis: Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs – call conversions, demo-to-trial ratio, trial-to-sale conversion, and closure timelines. Provide insights and recommendations for improving online closure rates. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the Client Success Manager to ensure post-sale onboarding readiness. Coordinate with the Inside Sales team for alignment and support-driven follow-ups. Customer Retention & Upsell: Conduct regular check-ins and feedback surveys with customers to assess satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Support the execution of loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and renewal benefits Experience: 6-10 years in sales, with a proven track record in closing deals. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools. Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
