Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Meet property brokers, PG owners, and co-living operators to generate leads.
• Manage broker relationships and build a commission-based partner network.
• Pitch rental offerings to individuals, property managers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
• Work with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Follow up with leads via calls, site visits, and demos.
• Drive conversion from inquiry to final rental agreement.
• Maintain records of sales activity on CRM or internal dashboards.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in B2C/B2B sales, real estate, or startup environments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
• Willingness to travel locally and meet clients on ground.
• Basic understanding of rental/e-commerce/startup ecosystem preferred.

Salary : 15000-25000/ month + commission
