Voorent is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the furniture and appliance rental ecosystem in India. We offer flexible and affordable subscription-based rental services for urban customers and are expanding into the refurbished products segment. We manage procurement, delivery, installation, and after-sales—all under one roof. Currently operational in Delhi and Gurgaon, we are scaling to Noida, Ghaziabad, Bangalore, and Pune in the next phases. Important Note: This is a co-founder-level position with equity-based or commission based compensation only . There is no fixed monthly salary . We are looking for a partner who shares our long-term vision and is ready to build with us from the ground up. Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Co-founder who has worked in corporate leasing models —such as laptop leasing , furniture rentals , or bulk procurement for hotels, cafes, restaurants, builders , or co-working spaces . You will lead our B2B vertical , driving enterprise partnerships, scaling institutional sales, and creating tailored leasing solutions for business clients. Key Responsibilities: Set up and grow the B2B leasing business —targeting corporates, real estate developers, hotels, co-working spaces, restaurants, and more. Build and manage strategic partnerships with admin teams, procurement heads, CXOs , and project developers . Design flexible leasing and rental models for bulk asset deployment—furniture, appliances, electronics, etc. Drive contract negotiations, pricing, payment structures, and SLAs. Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts, from lead gen to contract signing. Collaborate with product, logistics, and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery. Participate in building pitch decks, investor conversations, and long-term strategic planning. Ideal Candidate Profile: 10+ years of experience in enterprise leasing , corporate procurement , or institutional sales in domains like laptops, furniture, real estate, or hospitality. Prior experience with companies that lease to corporates, builders, hotels, restaurants , or co-working chains is a major plus. Strong network of decision-makers in the corporate real estate or hospitality ecosystem. Familiarity with leasing contracts, refurbishments, AMC models, and compliance. Strategic thinker with hands-on sales and execution capabilities. Entrepreneurial drive, high ownership, and the desire to build from zero to one.
