Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development & Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer communication, and closing deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue by converting leads into active customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify, research, and generate potential leads through digital platforms, inbound inquiries, referrals, and outreach activities. Customer Interaction & Calling: Connect with prospective customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Understand their requirements and present suitable rental solutions. Sales Conversion: Guide customers through the product offerings, clarify queries, and convert leads into confirmed orders. CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update lead details and sales progress in the CRM system or spreadsheets. Coordination: Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of orders. Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and customer experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or B2C sales is a plus Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel/Google Sheets What We Offer: Competitive salary of ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience) Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup Hands-on learning in business development and customer relations Growth opportunities within the company Show more Show less
