Role & responsibilities

1. Identify and approach HR & TA decision-makers across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare organizations.

2. Present the companys expertise, past success stories, and sector knowledge in a consultative manner.

3. Create and deliver customized proposals aligned with the client’s talent needs and industry trends.

4. Own the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and meetings to negotiations and closure.

5. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams for smooth mandate handovers and execution.

6. Conduct market research and competitor tracking to identify growth opportunities.

7. Attend relevant industry events and forums to network and promote the brand.

8. Capture client feedback and share market intelligence with leadership.

9. Consistently meet or exceed sales and business development targets.
