We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Ratnagiri. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new hotel and resort clients in Ratnagiri and the surrounding Konkan region. You will play a crucial part in expanding Hoteluxe's footprint by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively presenting our tailored digital marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential hotel and resort clients within Ratnagiri and nearby areas through various channels, including cold calling, networking, local visits, and online research. Client Engagement: Initiate contact and build rapport with key decision-makers (e.g., General Managers, Marketing Managers, Owners) of hospitality properties. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations to understand the unique digital marketing challenges and business objectives of prospective clients. Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, clearly articulating how Hoteluxe's services can address client needs and drive their growth. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about local hospitality trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations. Collaboration: Work closely with our digital marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful campaign execution. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within the hospitality industry, digital marketing, or a related B2B service sector. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital concepts clearly and persuasively. Negotiation & Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales. Self-Motivated: A highly driven and independent individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving targets. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Ratnagiri and Konkan region's hospitality landscape is a significant advantage. Digital Acumen: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, Google Ads, website importance) is essential.
